Its few rare times in hip hop performances that actually make me wanna cry, simply off of the raw energy of the performer and their music. Kanye did that for me tonight. He was on Vh1 Storytellers straight blackin. Other than "Fade to Black", it was one of the greatest performances I've ever witnessed. It captured me, inspired me, and enlightened me, and obviously most artists aren't even talented enough to hold my attention.

Nah, its not that serious, but shorty's mad cool though. Livin out east, where Im supposed to be. The artsy type, thats a plus. And she straight OD with the poetry... I wish I could post some of my verses but...that'll never happen lol. Alotta people think I use my blog just to build a buzz.....

Now I will admit, I wanna build a strong, solid buzz, but I can do that with my music alone(I'll be posting some soon). I blog to let out feelings I cant verbalize, just like I do with my music. I read blogs to get a better understanding of people, and am intrigued by few people who are actually interesting enough for me to follow their blogs. I wonder what they go through daily, and their mannerisms. Im only intriqued by very few(Charles Hamilton, Lupe Fiasco, Kanye, {Yo} Ji-Mai?).

So now, Im in the middle of recording, waiting for a new post from the aforementioned.

So once again I had to stand in line for another rollercoaster for the past few days, my cousin jus ups and leaves the city for good the day before Valentine's Day, I dont find out until two days AFTER Valentine's Day, I spent Valentine's Day wit my girl and my fam, Im two days into 19th B-Day, developed my look which was completed wit my new frames, and....wait for it.........G-SHOCK!!! courtesy of my dudes Kysean and Misz. B. Its been a weird couple days though, mostly with my cousin bein gone. I jus wish I could have done more to help him............

So now I go home and just sit there by myself, head banging to the pink lava lamp, and Well isn't this awkward.

The Archetype.

Kind of an epiphany that I had while recording.

I mean its four different people, four different personalities, four different backgrounds, four different styles, four different visions.....

But the synergy the four of us have together is unmeasurable. Ideas and concepts flow like H2O(haha that rhymed!). These 3 guys have inspired me more in 2 weeks then I have been in a long time.....

I couldn't possibly be more serious. Lil' Wayne was given 3 Grammy's for the Tha Carter III, not necessarily because he deserves them, but because he was able to sell a million records in a dyin industry.

Im not sayin thats not an incredible feat, but Lil' Wayne is more hype, and band wagon following, if i've ever seen it.

On a much lighter note, my girl Adele got a couple Gram's, hella psyched about that. J-Hova the god, grabbed one for "Swagga Like Us", Ye' grabbed a couple aswell("Swagga Like Us", "American Boy"). My dude John Mayer grabbed one for Best Rock Solo Performance and also got one for one of my favorite joints of all time("Say"), and two of my favorite bands Metallica and Daft Punk, took one home too.

Ima little pissed my favorite R&B singer Jazmine Sullivan didnt take one home, its cool though, we got next year. Whatever.

I was real up in the air about Producer of the Year, I mean Rick Rubin, Dangermouse, and Will.I.Am, I couldnt tell you who I think is better...

This post was actually 4 days in the making.......

I went from every high or low you could possibly think of, went from finally recording(big ups to Kysean, J-Spit, & V.C. we gonna have to do more tracks together), to fights with my girl because of lies, to contemplating murder and suicide, to just letting go, and learning to forgive.

Rollercoaster rite!?

I spent the last day or so just bouncing around place to place, completely unable to focus on just one thing, I could sit there and just zone and be in another world. Somedays I wish I could stay in zone, and never come back to reality, and that makes coming back to reality that much more painful.

"Time is Limitless" represents me in zone. When I zone, the world is dark, and the people cant speak words, when they open their mouth to talk to you, you hear music instead, everything thats supposed to make a sound doesnt, it all just plays music.
In zone, everything is elongated, and time is suspended, like you can spend years in one room, and the song you've been listenin hasnt ended yet.

Its like being in space, but at a totally different level.

I guess Im not from here.

Burying the hatchet.

So I've spent the last couple of days rekindling the relationship with a couple of good friends of mine. We spent last nite playin Rock Band and smokin cherry tobacco out their Hookah(it was the shit!). When I think about it, one year ago today, neither of us would ever think of a fall out between us, and thats the crazy part! When you sit back and think about, how did it happen, what took us that deep under.... its the past now, so whatever.

I took the time out to go to the sentencing of one of my bestfriends, I thought it would be ok. Then the brought him out in his orange jumpsuit, shackled. What was worse was, I could see the defeat in his face. I could see the hope being stripped away from him, and all I could do is helplessly watch, and that was some hard shit to witness. He got off easy in Mecosta County, where he was being held, and now their movin him to Kent County, where he faces even more charges.............

All I can do is pray.

So.....

Big ups to Kysean, and Brandy, hopefully now we can stay in eachother's lives positively.

And to my big brother Lonnie, Hurry up and come home.
